Thanksgiving, part 2

We got to YaYa & Pappy's house for our Thanksgiving part 2 just in time for Pappy's ribs!!! I'll just say they were amazing... and even the girls enjoyed them!

Just a note on this picture... YaYa always lets the girls sit in her lap at meal times, and that's her right as a grandmother, but it is the only time it is allowed!

After the girls went down, Pappy lit the fire pit up and we sat outside with some Gluhwein...

It was pretty chilly, so we had some blankets to keep us toasty!

 Next morning... cooking croissants with YaYa!

Ready for Thanksgiving lunch #2... well, first a little sister crazy playing.

When Aunt Becca arrived, she made a pecan pie and let the girls help her...

Let's just say the pecan placement wasn't as "pretty" as it usually is when Aunt Becca does the pie herself.

Nothing like a little night time snuggling with YaYa...

Sunday morning Kyler lounged with Pappy... it was a long holiday weekend!

And YaYa sent us home with a bag of her special YaYa cookies!!!
