AUSTIN!

This weekend I got to head to Austin to spend some quality time with my dearest C-USA friends. I love these girls. And I don't get to see them near enough (and it seems like its been forever since our last weekend away), so I was pumped for a whole weekend of fun!!!

We stayed at the Omni downtown, and headed out to Iron Cactus as soon as we could to hit happy hour.

We spent the evening on Sixth St. We kept trying to find places that we had gone to seven years ago at my bachelorette party, but we never found the place we danced at. We did find this place that we had remembered though.

Really such a fun night!!!

The next morning (late morning I might add), we went to brunch at Opal Divine's. Who wouldn't get pickle chips with their brunch???

Meanwhile, KG was snuggling with Kyler...

We spent most of Saturday shopping around Austin. Mo found these "to-go" wines in a little plastic cup. Too bad the wine was pretty terrible and she ended up throwing it away. But the idea was cool.

We made a little stop at Specs so we could have a little snack happy hour in our room while we got ready to go out. This is how you know you are traveling with a hospitality expert....

Have to say, we were pretty lame on Saturday night. I think we shopped too much. Still, we went out... I guess this is what you get when you are out in Austin... I definitely prefer the maroon can. :)

We had Sunday breakfast at Guero's (my favorite), and headed back home. It was raining and dreary and I always hate saying good-bye to these girls. But thanks for a great weekend!!!!!
