Father's Day Weekend

For KG's first Father's Day, he said he really wanted to brew a new beer (this would be Brew #4), but he didn't have the supplies. So we decided to take a Saturday trip to Austin.

We had a great day! I got to shop at Sam Moon & DSW, we had lunch at North by North West and we went to the homebrew supply store.

EK

SS & KM... she's a pro.

The babies were awesome. KM was in the best mood. And they did great at lunch! KG and I felt so great. Any road trip with happy, good babies is cause for celebration! I guess they wanted to show their daddy how great he was!

Nothing like crawling around in your panties when you get home from a day on the road...

KG also requested a ColdStone ice cream cake... if you haven't had one before, get one. Soon. No pictures of it... because, well, it didn't last long.

Sunday I delivered a breakfast courtesy of Taco Cabana... our favorite, Eggs Mexicana. I made baby food and KG made beer and we played with babies and watched them crawl in between.

Happy FIRST Father's Day to my KG. I really couldn't have hoped for a better daddy to my baby girls.

And I just want to say... Happy Father's Day to my dad. I cherish that relationship, and am so happy to know that my girls have a daddy who will love them just as much as my dad did and does.
