A little update...

I have several updates to do, but until then, here's a list of what's going on around here...

1. I'm hot. All the time. Hotter than I've ever been. And not in a good way. In a "I've-got-two-fans-blowing-on-me-all-night-and-thats-not-even-close-to-helping-me-stay-coolish."

2. My feet are swollen. They don't even go down overnight anymore. And I had to buy some really ugly shoes for the weekends. Sad.

3. It is getting hard to move... bending over is close to something I used to be able to do. Getting out of bed and into my car are more challenging everyday.

4. We saw Josh and Kasey at lunch today... Josh decided he actually believes I am pregnant now and not just hungry all the time. HAHA.

5. Today was the day our house was supposed to be finished. Guess what? It's not. And it won't be until the end of next week. That's fine, but I'm going to break our A/C in good.

6. Since we are still technically homeless, posting has taken a back seat. I have tons of pictures on my camera, but haven't taken time to download to the super slow laptop.

7. KG just got home from Alaska yesterday. I was glad to see him. He got the girls a cute little gift...

8. Molly really likes watermelon. And celery. Weirdo.

9. My dad gets home from his YEAR in Korea tomorrow!!!! And since we aren't moving in this weekend, we get to go to Gville to spend the weekend with him. YAY.

10. Tomorrow KG and I are picking out the last things for the house... carpet, appliances, door knobs.

11. Tomorrow we are also driving to Austin for our "high level ultrasound." I'm trying to be only excited about seeing the babies again and not worried that they aren't okay.

12. As football season gets closer and closer (we are only 25 days away), I get a little more sad that I won't be there on game day... or at least, I won't be out there in the Fan Zone, in the stands, in the suite. It's been my life for the past 4 years and as crazy Aggie as it may sound, it's in my blood. I'm already sad to miss that game day atmosphere and excitement.

13. I'm tired.

14. I took Molly to the groomers on Monday. I wanted to get her trimmed up because she was looking pretty shaggy. They did a pretty good job... BUT... her yetti feet that KG and I loved are gone. Now she has skinny little legs and tiny little feet. And I feel like she walks weird now. Sad.

15. Molly also went to the vet last week and got 4 shots. And she weighed 13.4 pounds. Little chunker.

16. We are living with my aunt and uncle this week, as I did last week and looks like we will do next week unless they kick us out. In which case, I may be calling you.

17. I went to the local mothers of twins club meeting last week. And it was pretty great. A little scary, but mainly great. It was really fun to be around all these ladies who have already done what I'm about to do.

18. I've been overwhelmed by all the gifts that we have received for these two precious girls. They are most definitely loved. (And I need to get cracking on the thank you notes because I am extremely grateful.)

19. Molly has become increasingly whiny. Maybe she senses what is to come. She'll just lay on the bed and cry. I'm not sure what her deal is.

20. These babies are non-stop movers. It is pretty amazing. I've been trying to get KG to feel them, but he's a little impatient. This past weekend I was at my mom's and my sis got to feel them ALOT. They were moving so much and she got to feel several good kicks. And so did my mom. But I think my sis thought it was super cool (she, by the way, has been super helpful and fun with baby stuff already and I've seen her 2 weekends in a row... this next one will make THREE!).

21. I'm pretty sure I broke my sewing machine this past weekend. I'm not sure what to do about it and it is going to make finishing all of my nursery stuff difficult...

Sorry to hear you are so uncomfortable :( and that you are still homeless. (Did Kyle like the grout?)

Glad to hear you went to a mom of twin's meeting- my sister LOVES her Mom's of Mulitples group; it's definetly a good support system to have.

Miss ya!

Hang in there! - I just wanted to let you know that I'm sad I won't be able to be at your shower this next weekend. :( We just got back from Snowmass so making a roadtrip to Dallas just wasn't going to happen. Hopefully we will see you soon though! I'll be praying for you!
