Thunderstorms!!! I am real excited for the rain, but not excited about the tornado that some folks in CS experienced tonight.
One of my simple pleasures:
Cheese... specifically Manchego.
On my bedside table:
My DS. I can't go to sleep without a couple of games of solitaire.
On my TV:
Men Tell All. Or what I saw of it... weather was bad and knocked out my DirecTV for about 45 minutes.
On the menu for tonight (Monday):
Cheese. Wine. That's all.
On my To-Do List:
Laundry. Ugh.
New Recipe I tried last week:
Penne & Chicken Tenderloins with Spiced Tomato Sauce (but not spicy)... It was pretty yummy, but a little too much fennel I think.
In the craft basket:
Playing with my sewing machine... I at least need to know how to turn the thing on when I get to class...
Looking forward to:

ooh, tornado's are scary- glad it didn't hit you (did it go near campus?)
Have fun sewing! I need to take lessons- I'm okay and can make lots of simple garments, but I need to learn finishing techniques and about good fabric choices to make them look a bit less homemade.
We've enjoyed some cooler weather, but not much rain, yet. Your sewing classes sound like a lot of fun. Adorable picture of your (fur)baby!
