This weekend we spent Saturday at DL & Heather's pool. Drew was house/dog-sitting, so he invited us over for a grill-out pool day. Our friends' daughter, Ashlynn, coined the day "Summer Festival", so we went with it! We swam all afternoon, had some homemade sangria (which was yummy and full of fruit), grilled burgers and had s'mores for dessert.
Molly was completely wiped out by the time we got home. At one point early in the day, she slipped in the pool and I guess figured out it wasn't too bad. As long as we were all in the pool, she wanted in. And Ashlynn was a great playmate for her (I think she needs her own pup!)...
