girls day in Houston!

I just want to start this post with more proof that Kyler likes to travel with her princess dolls from Aunt Marla. And she needs them both.

Today we went to Houston to see my two favorite ladies (well, and my favorite little cutie). It had just been too long since the girls got any time with their Aunties and bff, Addie.

So, off we went. We played for a while, and then we went to lunch at Lupe Tortilla and JJ met us there.

Just a small note about Kate's outfit today... she certainly did request to wear her "pink dress" and I just don't fight it. I love it when she picks her own clothes. While playing at Auntie Karie's house, she found one of Addie's black shoes and preceded to put it on. (I can't imagine that it was very comfortable since they are about 9 months in age difference.) But Kate wore it and did NOT want to take it off when we left for lunch, so I just let her wear two different shoes. Love this head-strong little girl. Hope she always sticks up for what she wants like that. :)
