SLUMBER PARTY!!

We just had the best couple of days!!! I had been trying to convince Karie she needed to come up and bring Addie and stay the night, and we finally worked it out. It was soooooo much fun!!!! I just love that girl... and I love that we have our three girls to be friends!!!

Addie really loves Kate... (if you look at Addie's eyes, you can see what she's planning...)

KISS ATTACK!

Addie was just not gonna let Kate get away, and surprisingly enough, Kate was very sweet to her friend.

Of course there was pool time!!! (I feel like my two are about to pounce an unsuspecting Addie in this pic, but it didn't actually happen.)

And what better way to end pool time then with (sugar-free) popsicles???

And after bedtime... there was enough cheese to feed a small army. But it was yummo!!!

Morning came, and the girls and I introduced Karie & Addie to our free Thursday breakfast at Chick-fil-a!

Jelly biscuit!
I love that Addie has her little foot up on the table! haha

After breakfast, we headed to the newly renovated MSC on campus. This is the only picture I took of the building, but it was incredible. Definitely different than the MSC in my day. But they did leave the flag room just as it was, and as soon as I walked in that room, I was back.

As part of the renovations, they also updated Rudder Fountain. And that was really fun to see. It looked so much better, and we posed the girls for pictures!

But I didn't like them... and I gave in to getting them out of the stroller. I'm not sure it was a great idea, but we all survived. Barely. It was so stinkin' hot outside. UGH.

Still...

Next we headed to the Sul Ross statue outside the Academic Building.

You leave a penny at Sully's boots for good luck on exams. :) There are ALWAYS pennies there.

And next, pics at the Century Tree...
Tradition says if a couple walks under the branches of the Century Tree, they will eventually marry. If the proposal takes place under the branches, the marriage is supposed to last forever. Ironically enough, I've never walked under the Century Tree. Maybe one day...

Some very nice Aggies offered to take our pics with the girls... so all FIVE of us!!! I can't say how much I love these girls!!!!

We got home in time to try on our new flops that Auntie Karie found for the girls in Target...

And really, there's nothing like a snack with friends...

But don't even think about getting a group pic!!!

I can't even convey how much fun we had!!! I LOVED having Karie & Addie here, and I can't wait for many, many more slumber parties!!!!
