Reduced Sodium

So lately, I've been a little more focused on salt intake around here... probably because KG's parents really brought it to my attention.

And we eat canned foods (specifically beans) a lot.

So, I bought a couple of bags of black beans (which we eat often), cooked them with a few bay leaves, drained them and froze them in bags of 2 cups each. We'll see how it works out, but I figured every cut back on salt would help!!!
