Christmas with the Cow

Tonight we went to Chick-fil-a for Christmas with the Cow. I heard about it through my twin mom club... we made reservations and the Cow is dressed like Santa. There is table service, and they have a hot chocolate bar and cookies for the kids to decorate. They also had a little group playing a guitar and singing Christmas songs. The girls were totally enamored by the singing! The cows were a different story...

When we first arrived, the girls were both really interested in the Santa cows. There were little smiles, and they would even touch the cows. But once we put them on the cow's lap, KM bust into tears. EK wasn't very happy about it either, but she didn't melt down immediately like KM did.

We had dinner, and the girls got to play in the playground area for a little bit. I frosted a cookie, and the girls got a little bite. EK was definitely interested in having more!!!

At home before we went to Christmas with the Cow...

When we got home, there was some playtime before bed time...

I had a big cardboard tube from wrapping paper, so we cut it in half and the girls played with it forever...

Someone needed to relax after the exciting evening, and decided to lay on the couch and do some reading before bedtime.
