Christmas Day we woke up and headed to church. The girls were a riot. At least we were on the back row of the balcony and only a few could witness the playing...
I really think it was YaYa's fault. And Donna...
Our little family on Christmas Day.

And with Kate's mouth full...
My sweet little Christmas angel, Kate

After church and lunch and naps, it was so time for PRESENTS!!!
I have been wanting to find these little cabbage patch kids for the girls like my sister had when she was little. I looked and looked for their birthday, but with no luck. Finally Aunt Becca found them in Abilene and she gave them to the girls for Christmas!!!

My mom always finds the craziest little things. We always had random surprises in our stockings. And she is no different with her little granddaughters. This is a little top that lights up when it spins... totally fascinating to the girls!!
Especially Kate...
YaYa & Pappy also gave the girls this giant stuffed horse. They have kind of (much to my dismay) always had a thing for horses. It was the first animal sound they learned. And the have always just loved them. And now there is a GIANT horse to come to our house. Thank you, YaYa.
Kyler seemed to be quite a little horse hog... but look how she loved it!!!
Oh that little face! Kate playing so sweetly with toys...
Christmas is big work and wears little girls (KM) and YaYa's plum out!
My grandparents (dad's parents) came to the house and were there for all the present opening. It was nice to have them there with us. The day was full, but fun and calm and relaxing. KG got a lawn/grass blower and I got Christmas dishes!!! I have been wanting them for a while... they are from this place we bought dishes from in Germany, so it has some sentimental meaning to me. :)
Merry, merry Christmas!!!
