Oh I love San Antonio... the riverwalk, the Alamo, the Mexican food... I just don't pass up a chance to go there! So, since we were only an hour or so away, you better believe we loaded up for a day trip!
Its been ages since I've actually been to the Alamo, and we didn't spend a ton of time there, but we did get some pics to commemorate the girls first visit! I think it may be a requirement as a Texan. :)

I wanted to get a picture of just the girls... but they are still a little wobbly with the sitting. So, it required some help from YaYa & Pappy...
It took several tries, but definitely turned out better than I could have asked for!! (And no, we didn't pose the hand on the shoulder either!)

Meanwhile, EK was snuggling...
Again, entertaining!
And pulled herself away for a glance...
As we were heading back to the car, the little entertainer couldn't stay awake another minute...
We went to lunch at Mi Terra, which I've always wanted to try and never have... until now. It was soooo yummy and the girls napped most of lunch. And I'm still dreaming about this amazing mango margarita. Definitely one of the best I've ever had!
Before leaving town, we stopped at Target to look for baby pool floats... maybe we got a little distracted.

We had another great day. I love San Antonio and loved taking my girls. I can't wait to go back as they grow up!!!
