The brewing is moving right along. KG has checked the specific gravity and it was right on where it was supposed to be. So the big 5 gallon bucket that has been living in the bottom of my pantry is now in bottles!
(Funny story... Molly was very unsure of the bucket because of the gauge on the top that made little bubbles as it was fermenting. She barked at it plenty.)
So, the bottling process... I came home and KG had almost finished, but I was able to get a few pictures.
Here KG is filling each bottle from the big bucket o beer. I'm glad that he used the dishwasher as a drop... was a little messy.
