We are pretty much totally shingled, have some fascia painted (if you don't know what that is, consider yourself lucky...), have our little "vent" on the attic above the garage (which I love), plumbing looks almost done, electric is about the same, and we have our tankless hot water heater in also!!!
KG met with the electrician last week and there are two things that I am SUPER excited about... one is that my pantry light turns on/off as the door opens/closes! And two... this one is big... I have the wiring for a ceiling fan in my bathroom!!!!! WOOHOO!!!!!!!!!
