Quinceanera

My 2nd cousin turned 15 right before Christmas, so our whole family loaded up and headed down to Eagle Pass to celebrate with her. It was a fun experience, and I was glad we made it down this time (when my other cousin turned 15, KG got kidney stones and we ended up having to stay home and make a run to the ER). Our trip was a fast one, but I still got a little stop at the outlet malls in San Marcos!!! And my dad was home and so we got some extra time with him, too.

All I can say is watch out for the rush of 15 year olds!

A little Cotton-Eyed Joe action... us gals never miss out on the chance.
(KG on the other hand, HATES it and refuses to do it. He did dance it with me at our wedding, but vowed never to do it again... OH WELL.)

Apparently, it can only be done by staring down at your feet...
