The biggest game of the year...

We spent our Thanksgiving Day at the A&M/Texas* game. Of course I was up and at'em and on campus five hours before kick-off. And it wasn't as crazy as it could have been seeing as how this is by far one of our biggest games of the year.

And I was drinking the kool-aid. I felt good about the game. I wanted it to be a good one... not a blow out. And it was!! I have to say that this was the most fun game by far this year. KG & I were down on the sidelines for the majority of the game. And it was a blast!

We also had some visitors. KG's cousins got to come down for the game. We brought them in hospitality, took them to see the band march in, bought an Aggie sweatshirt, played on the field after the game, and even got to bring his one cousin down on the field early and ran him over on the Texas side at the end of the game, so he could be right there for the winning celebration. THAT is love. :)

And here's the proof in pics...

KG & Ross...
Ross is the hubby of one of my "work friends" Cristen.
See how cool KG thinks he is standing down on the sidelines.
MAN, I'm an awesome wife!

It was senior day and they all lined up with their parents during pre-game.

Aggie QB Jerrod Johnson

Team Captains

Proof of my boss "sawing off Varsity's horns"... with our intern.

Erin Andrews...
with her body guard and police escort.

We happened to be right next to one of the TV cameras** and they brought the trophy out, set it on the field, took a shot of it, and then packed it back up. But at least I have a pic of the trophy sitting on Kyle Field. Pretty cool.

Some football pics...

KG & his cousin on the Texas side at the end of the game.

He even got a few high fives from some of the Texas players...
although, I did not get good pictures of it happening...

All of the cousins...
The one Aggie fan, and the two little Longhorns on the field after the game.

And of course, I had to get a pic with the one Aggie girl... :)

And then with both the girls!

We were just so happy they were able to come down to the game. It was a fantastic game to watch and so fun to be at. Hopefully, they all had a great time like we did!!!

This game will definitely go down in my memories as one of the best Aggie games!!!

*which takes every ounce of this Aggie's willpower not to say "tu"
**KG & I saw ourselves on TV several times when we re-watched the game the next day! FUN!!!
