Lost Pines

We just spent a fabulous weekend at the Hyatt Lost Pines Resort in Bastrop. You wouldn't know it from the pictures I took though, because there are none... at least on my camera. It's possible I may have some later from Kristen's camera though. I feel certain I got some good close-ups of her at least.

Friday and Saturday consisted of:

floating the lazy river

reminsicing about when Kristen almost busted in the kiddie pool after her massage

touring the Butterfly Garden

playing in the pools

laughing at Caden as he dunked his face in the water, acted shocked and then did it again

making friends with Avery

SUNSCREEN, or lack there of

s'mores at the campfire with little kids running everywhere w/flaming marshmellows on sticks

sneaking off to the adult pool during nap time and having a yummy pina colada

trying to get Landry to eat melted marshmellow

crashing the alumni dinner buffet

enjoying a most relaxing massage & sitting in the sauna after

keeping sunburned KG out of the sun on Saturday

buffet breakfast, complete with omelete station and biscuits & gravy

watching Maurine try to convince Avery there were no sharks in the lazy river

Reggae Rum Punch

kissing Caden's cheeks every change I got
