For Mother's Day, KG and I split up... he went to his parents, and I went to mine. In Gville, my dad made a low country boil for dinner. It was delicious! It's basically sausage, shrimp, corn and potatoes in a cajun seasoning. You boil everything together and then dump the pot on the middle of the table. Plates are optional!

How fun! I haven't been to a boil since my mom and I roadtripped to Louisiana the summer after my senior year of high school. But, you're right. The food is yummy!
