Weekend before Christmas

Kyle's grandparents had a Holiday Buffet on Thursday night, and since Kyle and I were going to miss Christmas day with the family, we decided to drive up and see everyone early. We got into Dallas a little early so we could stop by and deliver Christmas presents to Adam, Kristen and Caden since they would be in Tennessee with Kristen's family.

Adam & Kristen had another Christmas party that night, so Caden was in his Santa suit. He is next to his gift from us... of course it was A&M related (for the non-Aggies, "t.u." is what Aggies call what others call UT).

Friday we spent the day with Shane and went up to McKinney and shopped around. Thankfully, we got a little bit more Christmas shopping done! That evening, we had dinner with Mammas and PopPop and some aunts and uncles at Macaroni Grill. It was great to spend some extra time with them since we are going to miss Christmas. After dinner, KG and I went to Addison and met up with my good friends Mo (and Brad and Lisa) and Keish. I love to see them any chance I get in Dallas! I really enjoyed my evening! I love being in Dallas!!!

On Saturday, we got up and left Dallas early and headed to Mullin to have Hodges' Christmas. I somehow didn't take any pictures, except for a few of my 2nd cousin's birthday cake (she's a December birthday right around Christmas). It was great to see my Granny and be at her house... it has been WAY too long since KG and I were there.

We got home late on Saturday evening, and on Sunday I had to work a basketball game. When I got home from the game, KG and I exchanged presents. We were a little pathetic because we didn't even wrap each other's gifts! We just put them in a box and taped it shut. It was perfect!
